Effortless Settlements: How Consorcio transformed its process with MasterBase®.

When you think of critical processes within your organization, an image of repetitive tasks, high volume of documents, waiting times and risk of human error probably comes to mind.

And if this process involves sending thousands of documents to regular customers every month, the pressure is even greater. This was precisely the scenario for Consorcio Rentas Vitalicias, until they decided to automate with MasterBase®.

The challenge: efficiency under pressure

Consorcio faced a clear but complex need: to automate the sending of monthly settlements to its annuity clients.

Until then, the process was mostly manual: generation of PDF documents in an isolated system, uploading of databases to the delivery platform, personalization of mailings and fragmented tracking of results.

This model, in addition to being time-consuming, was difficult to scale and difficult to adapt quickly to regulations that, as we all know, change frequently.

The proposal: a fully automated and secure process

In conjunction with the MasterBase® consulting team, an automated process was designed that completely transformed settlement management. The starting point was an SFTP where Consorcio deposits the original XML files.

And the next step, the definition of the process:

  1. Automatically extracts information from XML and converts it to JSON format, with the TextConverter tool.
  2. Generate customized PDFs based on templates previously designed in MasterBase®.
  3. Encrypts documents with unique passwords for each customer.
  4. Upload files to the cloud (FileBunker) and associates them with their respective recipients.
  5. Prepare and send personalized messagesThe company has been able to incorporate the data required by the Superintendence of Insurance.
  6. Records the result of each shipmentReceived, opened, clicks, bounces and more, all visible from the single shipment reporting dashboard.

The entire flow takes place without manual intervention, ensuring safety, traceability and regulatory compliance.

Qualitative results: efficiency and much more

The main benefit of this implementation, beyond eliminating repetitive tasks, is that it allowed the Consorcio team to focus on higher value tasks.

  • Frictionless scalabilityToday, Consorcio sends hundreds of thousands of monthly settlements, without increasing its operational burden.
  • AdaptabilitySince 2022, the solution has evolved to integrate new regulations, such as the PGU or the 2025 phased gloss, without the need to redesign the system.
  • ExtensibilityThe same model has already been applied to CNLife and is in the process of being extended to new segments of private settlements.
  • Security and complianceThanks to individual encryption of PDF documents and full control over the flow, the process complies with the highest regulatory standards.

The difference of doing it with MasterBase®.

Implementing this solution was much more than simple automation. In just 5 weeks, including two initial design meetings, 30 hours of consulting and 8 hours of training, Consorcio had a solid, robust process in place, tailored to their real needs.

And the best part: it was installed in your MasterBase® account, under your exclusive control and ready to be replicated or adjusted according to your future evolution.
