Can AI send emails on its own, without my permission?
No. Connecting your AI assistant to MB3 does not mean handing over control of your campaigns to it. The AI can help you look up information, analyze results, and perform enabled operations—always within the established permissions. Email activation is not available through the MCP and must be performed using MB3’s authorized mechanisms.
Is my information and that of my contacts exposed when I connect MB3 to an AI?
The connection does not provide unlimited access to MB3. The assistant uses the permissions of the authenticated user and adheres to the applicable security restrictions. Additionally, you can configure a user with specific permissions for this connection. The AI provider’s handling of information will be subject to its own privacy and security policies.
How do I connect my AI to MB3 Email Marketing?
You can connect AI assistants compatible with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to MasterBase®'s MB3 Email Marketing and manage email marketing tasks using natural language instructions.
To set up the connection, add a new MCP connector in your AI assistant:
