Connect MasterBase® with Claude

Follow these three steps to connect MB3 Email Marketing to Claude using MCP.

Before You Begin

  • Open Claude in your browser and log in.
  • Have the official MCP URL provided by MasterBase® on hand.
  • Confirm that you have permission to add custom connectors.

Add MasterBase® to Claude

  1. In Claude, open Customization and go to Connectors → Yours.
  2. Select Add and then Add a Custom Connector.

Configure the MCP connector

  1. Write MasterBase® como nombre de la conexión.
  2. Introduce la Official MCP URL: https://g3.adminng.masterbase.com/mcp/nemo
  3. Reemplaza nemo por tu nemotécnico de MasterBase®.
  4. At Authentication, use Log in now and, in OAuth Client, Register automatically, when they appear as detected options.
  5. Confirm with Add. The connector will appear in Claude, pending account linking.

Authorize the connection

  1. On the MasterBase® connector, select Connect.
  2. Log in to MB3 Email Marketing using your credentials.
  3. Check the permissions and select Authorize. Claude will receive confirmation of access.

The MasterBase® login and authorization screens are the same as those in the ChatGPT guide. The URL shown in some screenshots corresponds to a test environment; use the official MCP URL for your account.

Get started with MB3

  1. Check that the connector MasterBase® is active and checks his tool permits.
  2. In a chat with Claude, open Connectors and verify that MasterBase® is enabled.
  3. Write your first request in natural language.

You can now view information and request MB3 Email Marketing actions from Claude. The available actions will always be limited by the features enabled by MasterBase® for this connection and by the permissions assigned to your user in MB3 Email Marketing.
