Connect MasterBase® to ChatGPT

Follow these three steps to connect MB3 Email Marketing to ChatGPT using MCP.

Before You Begin

  • Use the free or paid version of ChatGPT.
  • Open chatgpt.com from your computer's browser and log in.
  • Confirm that you have permission to create MCP connections, or ask the administrator for help.

Add MasterBase® to ChatGPT

  1. In the side menu, open Accessories.
  2. Select Add and then Add a Custom MCP Server.

Configure the MCP server

  1. Write MasterBase® como nombre de la conexión.
  2. Introduce la Official MCP URL: https://g3.adminng.masterbase.com/mcp/nemo
  3. Reemplaza nemo por tu nemotécnico de MasterBase®.
  4. Select Create Add-on to register the connection. ChatGPT will use the authentication mechanism configured by the server.

Authorize the connection

  1. Log in to MB3 Email Marketing.

2. Review the requested permissions, grant access, and return to ChatGPT.

Get started with MB3

  1. Check that the add-on MasterBase® It is available on ChatGPT.
  2. Select the option to use it or try it out, if it appears.
  3. Write your first request in natural language.

Connection complete!

You can now view information and request actions in MB3 Email Marketing directly from ChatGPT. The available actions will always be limited by the features enabled by MasterBase® for this connection and by the permissions assigned to your user account in MB3 Email Marketing.
