What is the objective of the MasterBase® Customer Service area?

This is our support area and its objective is to help you and guide you in the adequate use of our services, allowing you to obtain the best result in the cost-benefit equation.

We offer two types of services:

  1. Professional ServicesProfessional advice on message management through an exclusive team of certified administrators in our solutions (service with additional cost).
  2. Support: Support service in case of technical queries, support or incident reporting, escalation of cases to technical areas and incident resolution notifications.

We help companies, regardless of their size, industry or function, to easily implement our automation solutions, achieving important results that increase their competitiveness, growth and profitability.

Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (GMT -04); Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (GMT -04)
