Load your base on the platform

The following are the requirements for creating the base that you will load into MasterBase®.

  • The Email field must always exist.
  • Save in CSV format (comma delimited).
  • Maximum weight 20MB or 500,000 records.

If, for example, the messages you will send are birthday greetings, remember that your base, in addition to the Email field, must contain the fields:

  • Name.
  • Date of birth.

Filter your base and you will be able to select to whom to send the shipment.

These are the steps to follow to segment your mailing base:

  • Creates a dynamic filter according to date of birth.
  • Select "this day, this month, any year" as the field operator.
  • If you want the greeting to arrive on the same day as the birthday, leave the Day variation option set to 0.

The requirements to schedule your recursive shipment in MasterBase® are:

  • Have a greeting message designed and saved as a template in the My Templates option.
  • Edit in it:
    - Sender.
    - Subject.
    - HTML.

Schedule your recurring shipment:

  • Select the recipient base, (created in Manage).
  • Choose the template.
  • Set the sending frequency. For the example of the birthday greeting, which will go out every day if any recipient meets the condition, choose:
    - Occurrence: Daily.
    - Frequency: Repeat every 1 day.
    - Daily frequency: Occurrence once.
