In line with the three-level menu display of the MasterBase®, the MasterBase® SmartData functions are also available to the user in different degrees of complexity.
Depending on how deep your data management expertise is or how complex your customization needs are, you can make use of Normal, Advanced or Expert level functions.
Normal Level
Forget about editing your data in spreadsheets or external applications to standardize or correct it, with MasterBase® SmartData the data is formatted directly in the message to be sent, so that it looks just as you want it to.
Advanced Level
Apply MasterBase® SmartData functions that modify the appearance of your message at the line and paragraph level, that relate one piece of data to another or that establish comparisons between a figure and a reference value.
Expert Level
Take advantage of your technical knowledge to apply MasterBase® SmartData functions that define data arrays, incorporate tables with dynamic information into your messages or combine several functions in a single customization block.
