Improve the customer experience whenever and however it places demands on the business.
Clubs continue to be an interesting option for developing sports, leisure and social activities.
But for many golf, equestrian, tennis, camp and other clubs, it is a challenge to regulate membership and guest entry.
This involves factors such as goal control, issuance of membership cards, sending invitations, validations, among others.

EXAMPLE
An important golf club in Chile received frequent complaints from its members due to an increase in the number of guests using the facilities.
When they wanted to use the tennis, racquetball or soccer courts, they found them being occupied by guests, even without the company of the full member.

CHALLENGE
Facilitate access to club facilities for members and guests, while maintaining an efficient control system, with up-to-date information and a clear definition of the permissions and services provided to each member.

SOLUTION
A virtual card with a QR code was created for each member, which gathers all the information of the member and his/her family group.
Certain rules were then defined to allow entry.
For example, if the member is in arrears with his membership payment, he is allowed a new membership, but an automatic message is sent to him with the debt information and payment methods.
A QR code was also created for guests, valid for 24 hours, which only allows them to enter if the system detects that the member is in the club.
Code readers were placed at each access point to validate the unique and personalized QR that each member received by email and can display on their mobile device.
