What is an Ethics Complaint and how to make it?
At MasterBase® we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency and corporate responsibility. For this reason, we have an Ethical Whistleblower Channel, through which it is possible to safely and confidentially report any conduct that contravenes our values, ethical principles, internal policies or applicable legal regulations."
When to file a complaint?
This channel is designed to receive reports related to:
- Cases of fraud, corruption, bribery or misappropriation of resources.
- Situations of harassment, discrimination, workplace harassment or improper treatment.
- Undeclared or inadequately managed conflicts of interest.
- Violations of labor rights, human rights or applicable regulations.
- Non-compliance with the Code of Ethics, internal policies or legal provisions.
- Any other conduct that may compromise the integrity, transparency or reputation of MasterBase® and its employees.

How to file a complaint?
Identifies the situationIf you observe conduct that violates our principles, internal policies or applicable regulations, you have the right, and in many cases the duty, to report it.
Access to the whistleblower channelEnter the online form available on our website, designed to receive reports in a secure and confidential manner. The system also allows you to report anonymously if you prefer.
Provides the necessary informationClearly detail what happened, indicating dates, places, people involved and, when possible, attaching supporting evidence. The more information provided, the more effective the investigation will be.
Case follow-upIf you do not opt for total anonymity, you will receive a unique code or password that will allow you to check the status of your report and provide additional information if necessary.

MasterBase® is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of all reports received and to actively protect employees, suppliers, business partners and third parties who report in good faith through this channel. No retaliation of any kind will be tolerated against those who use this mechanism in a responsible manner.
