What is the Flex Partner Program?
It is a comprehensive program where different partner profiles collaborate in the commercialization, creation, configuration or operation of automation solutions using the MasterBase® platform.
Each person can choose one or more roles according to his or her abilities.
What profiles exist within the program?
The program has four main profiles, each with a specific role within the MasterBase® automation ecosystem:
- Flex Partner Customers
They are the ones who market the platform, support customers and generate recurring revenue from the sale of monthly subscriptions. - Flex Partner Creator
They configure digital solutions and publish them in the MasterBase® Library so that they can be used by many users. - Flex Partner Consulting
They advise companies or Flex Partners in their automation projects, either in the design or even the configuration of a ready-to-use customized solution. - Flex Partner Factory
They provide technical expertise and configure on demand specific parts of solutions that others integrate into their own automation projects.
How is revenue generated within the program?
The model is based on revenue share.
There is the MBA monthly subscription, intended for a large number of customers, which is divided into three businesses, which divide the subscription income equally:
1/3 for Flex Partners Customers, 1/3 for Flex Partners Creators, 1/3 for MasterBase®.
In addition, there are one-to-one Flex Partner Consulting or Factory services, which get 70% for the service provider, 20% for the Flex Partner Customers who manage the customer and 10% for administrative expenses.
Do I need advanced technical knowledge to participate?
Depends on the role:
- Flex Partner CustomersMasterBase® Automatons: no advanced digital skills are required. If you need to know how the MasterBase® Automatons work
- Flex Partner CreatorYou need to know the Configware of MasterBase® to bring your ideas to life digitally, but not necessarily to know how to program.
- Flex Partner ConsultingYou need to understand Configware at a functional level, and if you want to configure for others, if you require more knowledge.
- Flex Partner Factory... : has knowledge external to the MasterBase® platform (HTML, designs, etc.) and requires sufficient knowledge of Configware so that its factory orders can be integrated with third-party solutions. .
Can I combine more than one profile?
Yes, the program allows combining one or more Flex Partners profiles simultaneously, which diversifies income sources according to each person's skills.
What kind of support does MasterBase® offer?
The ecosystem includes:

How are the Solutions in the MasterBase® Library marketed?
Flex Partner Creators publish their solutions in the MasterBase Library. The 90% of what is collected for the Solutions business (10% goes to administrative expenses), is distributed among the Solutions used by the users (Automaton hours).
How are Flex Partners paid?
The platform records all Flex Partners' income on a monthly basis and issues informative certificates. Payments are documented monthly according to established minimums.
Available methods: international transfer (SWIFT), Wise or PayPal. Natural persons can participate without issuing an invoice; above €3,000 per month they must invoice internationally.
How do I register to become a Flex Partner?
You must create your free MasterBase® account, review the Flex Partner Program materials and choose one or more profiles according to your skills.
From there you can start operating within the ecosystem, access courses and start your own business or grow the one you already have.
