MasterBase® Labs
What is MasterBase® Labs?
It is a periodic meeting between developers and consultants who are in the process of configuring solutions on the MasterBase® platform. Its objective is to exchange ideas, solve doubts and receive suggestions from other developers, in order to advance in the configuration of solutions.
What kind of questions can I ask at a MasterBase® Labs?
Any doubt or problem you may have in the configuration of automated processes, you can raise them in the Labs. The goal is to contribute to the progress of your capabilities to configure solutions.
We help companies, regardless of their size, industry or function, to easily implement our automation solutions, achieving important results that increase their competitiveness, growth and profitability.
Do I need to know a lot to join a MasterBase® Labs?
No. You just have to be willing to learn from the experience of others and contribute your own.
Will the answers always solve my configuration questions?
In some cases yes, in others we will suggest you to read some of the manuals of use of the tools or watch a video that exposes a related topic.
How can I attend a MasterBase® Labs?
You can sign up at masterbase.com and you will receive a reminder with the link to each session a few minutes before it starts.
When are the MasterBase® Labs held?
Every Monday at noon and Wednesday at 5 p.m., both expressed in Pacific Time: October to April (GMT-3) and April to September (GMT-4).
Do I have to be a MasterBase® customer to sign up for a MasterBase® Labs?
No, when you sign up you will be asked to create an account and then you can choose the type of membership you want.
Is there a cost to enroll in a MasterBase® Labs?
No, there is no charge to attend.
Can I access the content of a MasterBase® Live presentation?
We aim to generate an environment of trust where everyone can present their doubts, no matter if they are just starting to configure or if they are already an expert.
For this reason we do not record the sessions and, for the same reason, there is no problem in answering the same question to different creators.
