The purpose of our consulting service is to support our clients in the digital transformation of their companies or businesses. In this sense, we seek to support the development of capabilities in people and work teams, in order to digitize business processes. To do this, we create an initial team with our counterpart, and we address the design and configuration of the processes that require automation, the goal is that our counterpart "learn by doing" and acquire, thus, the competence to reconfigure the processes object of the consultancy or to configure new processes and further expand the automation of processes and digital transformation of your company or business. The members of the partner team become "internal creators".

What is a consultant's work process or methodology?
First, our consultants take the time to understand your business and your needs. This is done in a session we call "discovery" and can be done online or in person. In addition to learning about your goals for digital transformation, it also allows the consultants to spot automation opportunities for your business.
In this session they identify the key process that starts the digital transformation of your company.
They then propose a step-by-step design of the automated process that fully reflects this.
Finally, implementation: The process is implemented according to the objectives, specific data to be delivered and proposed timelines.

Is there support for automated solutions configured as consulting?
Our platform contemplates permanent support and the consultancy contemplates the attention of consultations by the team that remains with the automation competencies in the company, during the first three months.
In addition, there are the on-demand training courses to deepen the knowledge in process automation on the platform, as well as the MasterBase® Labsexternal creators can attend to solve their doubts.
