Examinam todos os tipos de documentos e dados para tomar uma decis\u00e3o final informada.<\/p><p>Por exemplo: \"Quais s\u00e3o as minhas op\u00e7\u00f5es para adquirir um software de gest\u00e3o de tarefas e qual \u00e9 o programa mais completo e econ\u00f3mico para a minha empresa?<\/p><p>Ao contr\u00e1rio do ciclo de vida, em que os profissionais de marketing identificam e visam os contactos em cada fase, o lugar do cliente no percurso \u00e9 mais dif\u00edcil de compreender.<\/p><p>O tempo entre a consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o e a decis\u00e3o pode ser de meses ou minutos.
