Disponer de una v\u00eda de suscripci\u00f3n convincente<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insertar un bot\u00f3n de suscripci\u00f3n visible, bien dise\u00f1ado y estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para eso se requiere:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; list-style: none;\">\n<li><strong>Formulario:<\/strong> Incluir m\u00faltiples oportunidades para inscribirse a tu lista de env\u00edos, en ubicaciones relevantes -junto al contenido de Ofertas o Noticias-, y en forma redundante -por ejemplo, en el pie de todas las p\u00e1ginas web-.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design:<\/strong> Asegurarse de que la opci\u00f3n de suscripci\u00f3n sea llamativa e intuitiva y no obligue al suscriptor a saltar por una infinidad de aros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> Si bien la mayor\u00eda de los usuarios entiende que el mensaje contiene noticias y ofertas, declararlo expresamente puede aumentar el volumen de suscripci\u00f3n. Aseg\u00farate de se\u00f1alar claramente por qu\u00e9 suscribirse es tan ventajoso y de describir los beneficios que obtendr\u00e1n los nuevos suscriptores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Mitigar el riesgo<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No caigas en la trampa de &#8220;m\u00e1s es mejor&#8221; al capturar contactos, estar\u00e1s arriesgando la entregabilidad. Ser directo y establecer expectativas claras con futuros suscriptores es clave para evitar problemas futuros. Reduce el riesgo atendiendo a estas consideraciones:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; list-style: none;\">\n<li><strong>Permiso expl\u00edcito:<\/strong> Una casilla desuscrita en alguna etapa del viaje de compra puede ser tentadora como estrategia de adquisici\u00f3n de contactos, pero tiene riesgos, sobre todo legales. Los consentimientos deben ser expl\u00edcitos, no v\u00eda opci\u00f3n negativa, es decir, aquellos que se inscribieron y luego pidieron ser eliminados. A fin de cuentas, si un suscriptor no quiere estar en tu lista, lo mejor es no tenerlo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Utilizar, <span style=\"font-size: 16.8px; letter-spacing: 0.336px;\">peri\u00f3dicamente o en l\u00ednea,<\/span> un servicio de validaci\u00f3n de listas para mantener limpia tu base de datos, es una t\u00e1ctica muy eficiente, en especial si tu mensaje de bienvenida tuvo una gran cantidad de rebotes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establecer expectativas:<\/strong> Siempre debes informar a los suscriptores qu\u00e9 pueden esperar de tu campa\u00f1a v\u00eda email. Son muy pocos los casos en los que alt\u00edsimos vol\u00famenes de mensajes han provocado reacciones positivas entre los suscriptores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Contar con una p\u00e1gina de confirmaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso de suscripci\u00f3n es parte de la experiencia del cliente. Por lo tanto, no disponer de una p\u00e1gina o mensajes de confirmaci\u00f3n equivale a no despedir con una sonrisa y un &#8220;gracias&#8221; a un cliente que compra en tu tienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es obligatoria, pero un cliente que no recibe una confirmaci\u00f3n quedar\u00e1 inseguro, dudando de si la transacci\u00f3n se ha completado o no. Y definitivamente no es la mejor manera de cerrar el proceso de suscripci\u00f3n. Asegura una buena relaci\u00f3n con los nuevos suscriptores, siguiendo estas sugerencias:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; list-style: none;\">\n<li><strong>Confirma la suscripci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Informa a tus nuevos contactos que se han suscrito correctamente y agrad\u00e9celes por hacerlo. No permitas que tu marca sea un ente extra\u00f1o que no se comunica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reitera los beneficios y establece expectativas:<\/strong> Suele ocurrir que necesitamos procesar la informaci\u00f3n varias veces antes de retenerla. Recuerda a tus clientes que tus comunicaciones son de valor, cu\u00e9ntales a qu\u00e9 tendr\u00e1n acceso y qu\u00e9 tipo de mensajes recibir\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evita el callej\u00f3n sin salida:<\/strong> Cuando ya todos est\u00e9n entusiasmados con tus campa\u00f1as, canal\u00edzalos hacia un mejor contenido. Si est\u00e1s utilizando una p\u00e1gina de confirmaci\u00f3n, no los obligues a cerrar una ventana y abrir otra para llegar a lo m\u00e1s interesante, incluye la oferta como una llamada clara en la misma p\u00e1gina de confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Causa una buena primera impresi\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora que forman parte de tu programa de env\u00edo de comunicaciones por email, da a tus nuevos suscriptores una bienvenida adecuada. Ten en cuenta que los primeros mensajes por lo general son la llave a una mejor conversi\u00f3n y establecen el tono de tu programa. En t\u00e9rminos de dise\u00f1o y contenido, esas primeras impresiones pueden tener un gran impacto.
