In addition to generating URLs for each stored file, FileBunker allows you to choose the settings that define how long the file will remain on the server.<\/p>

What for?<\/h2>

This service has a file uploader (uploader<\/em>) whose purpose is to simplify, facilitate and speed up the process of uploading files, such as documents, images, videos or others, that users upload to the server from a local device, be it a computer, tablet or cell phone, through an automated process or by interacting with a form designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.<\/p>

When an end user uploads a file to a form, the FileBunker uploader uploads this file to the storage service, which, in response, delivers a URL, and it is this URL that is saved in the database to which the form points. Since it is not the file directly, but its FileBunker URL, the data that is saved is light and the process is very fast.<\/p>

Another great advantage of having a URL instead of a file itself is that the availability of the file is assured, i.e. there is no risk that an image, for example, will not be displayed in a view because the file has been removed or is damaged.<\/p>

How to use it?<\/h2>

Uploading a file to FileBunker opens up many possibilities. To understand how to take full advantage of its capabilities, let's consider two practical examples.<\/p>

1. Creation of a database for players:<\/strong><\/p>

Suppose we want to set up a database to store information about the players of a sports club. In this case, we will set up a form to collect all relevant data for each player. This form includes an image upload type field, in which the player will enter his photo. When he submits the form, the process will be automatically triggered, FileBunker<\/strong> will store the file on the server, generate and deliver a URL that the form will send to the base.<\/p>

2. Creation of players' data sheets and sending them by email:<\/strong><\/p>

Now let's imagine that we want to create individual cards for each player, using the information entered from the form, including their data and photograph, to send them by e-mail. By means of a process, we will collect the data of each player and we will take them to a predesigned template, to make the card. This file will include not the image itself, but the URL corresponding to that image. We will then upload the resulting file, the player's individual record, to the server and then, thanks to another process, we will send it to the player by e-mail.<\/p>

It is important to highlight that, in both cases, the FileBunker uploader allows you to define how long you want to keep on the server, both the image uploaded from the form and the data sheet created from a process. This feature provides precise control over the availability of the files, adapting to the specific needs of each client.<\/p>
