{"id":25568,"date":"2025-11-21T14:49:56","date_gmt":"2025-11-21T12:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masterbase.com\/es\/es\/?p=25568"},"modified":"2025-11-24T16:54:50","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T14:54:50","slug":"training-by-creating-when-automation-becomes-a-real-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masterbase.com\/en\/formar-creando-cuando-la-automatizacion-se-convierte-en-una-experiencia-real\/masterbase\/","title":{"rendered":"Creating by creating: when automation becomes a real experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The <em>MasterBase\u00ae Maker Co-Automation Starter Program (MCCR)<\/em> continues to consolidate its growth in the Chilean university system. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its third version, the program expanded to more than 13 DUOC UC sites and added new institutions such as Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo, Universidad Andr\u00e9s Bello and Universidad T\u00e9cnica Federico Santa Mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 40 students from four universities, this edition reaffirmed a training model that unites academics with business innovation, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real automation projects within the MasterBase\u00ae platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experiences that make a difference<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five version 3.0 students shared their reflections on the program. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Road to program version 4.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following its success, the program is now preparing for its next <strong>version 4.0<\/strong>, which will begin on <strong>January 5, 2026<\/strong>.<br><br>With <strong>80 students preselected from eight Chilean universities<\/strong>, new institutions are incorporated, such as the <strong>University of Concepci\u00f3n<\/strong>, the <strong>Pontifical Catholic University<\/strong>, the <strong>San Sebastian University<\/strong> and the <strong>Universidad de los Andes<\/strong> of Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discussions are also underway with universities in other countries interested in replicating the model, paving the way for a future <strong>internationalization of the MCCR program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this way, MasterBase\u00ae consolidates its role as a bridge between the academic and business worlds, training a new generation of digital professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transforming learning into opportunities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>MasterBase\u00ae Starter Automation Program for Makers<\/em> demonstrates that learning by doing generates real
